摘要 针对现有面向大规模定制的产品成本估算方法存在的缺陷和不足,提出了实例推理技术在定制产品成本估算中的应用。该方法充分利用大规模定制环境下产品族中相似产品的相似性特点,采用基于实例的推理技术并借用指数平滑法,依据相似实例的成本进行估算,最终确定产品成本。最后以齿轮类零件为例,开发了成本估算原型系统,验证了该方法的合理性。 Aimed at the existed defects and insufficiency in the now available product cost estimation method orientating to mass customization, the application of case reasoning technology in cost estimation of customized products was put forward. This method utilizes sufficiently the similarity characteristics of similar products in the product family under the environment of mass customization, adopts case based reasoning technology and exponential smoothness method, and in accordance with the cost of similar living example to carrying out estimation, the cost of product was finally determined. Taking the gear kind parts as an example, the prototype system of cost estimation was finally developed, and the rationality of this method was verified.
