摘要
矿物元素是茶叶生长不可缺少的重要物质组分，过量或不足皆可发生病症，在最佳浓度值的变幅内，对促进茶叶多种酶类和叶绿素的形成和转化有独特的功能，与茶叶质量效应关系密切。商品茶中的矿物元素，达到一定的界限和限量指标，对人体有营养价值和保健作用。因此，研究茶叶中矿物元素含量特征，对茶叶的种植和施肥，提高茶叶品质及其开发利用有着重要的科学意义。
Mineral elements are indispensable compositions for tea leaf growth. The excess or deficiency of mineral elements in tea leaves will result in their diseases. Mineral elements with optimizational content range have the unique functions to the formation and transformation of multi-enzyme and chlorophyll, to which quality effect of tea leaves is related closely. Commodity tea leaves attaining definite index of mineral elements are of nutritive value and health function to human body. Studing the features of mineral element contents, therefore, has important scientific significance for planting and fertilizing tea trees and improving tea quality and developing and utilizing of tea production.The study results show that mineral elements in Guizhou tea leaves are characterized by high K, Mg, P, Ca, Zn, Mn, Rb, Sr and Cu, being K-high, Nalow and Zn-, Sr- and Rb-rich type
