摘要目的评估使用国产尿促卵泡素(uFSH)低剂量缓增方案诱导耐氯米芬(CC)多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者排卵的有效性和安全性。方法对18例耐CC的PCOS不孕症患者进行42个周期低剂量FSH缓增方案促排卵治疗,以阴道B超和血雌二醇(E2)水平作为监测卵泡发育的指标。结果有2例患者因多个卵泡发育、卵泡持续不长而中止治疗外,其余周期均出现排卵,其中23个周期为单卵泡发育。7例患者为单胎妊娠,2例双胎妊娠。结论使用国产uFSH低剂量缓增方案是治疗耐CC的PCOS无排卵患者有效而安全的治疗选择。根据阴道B超检查和血E2监测结果,适时调整药物剂量,是防止OHSS发生的有效措施。
