摘要 目的分析近年湛江市登革热监测结果,为湛江市登革热流行趋势的预测、预警和制定防治对策、措施提供科学依据。方法收集2001~2006年2个监测点的人群抗体水平和媒介伊蚊等监测资料进行综合分析。结果6年间共采集健康人群血标本932份,其中登革热病毒lgG阳性23份、登革热病毒IgM阳性2份;发热病人血标本752份,其中登革热病毒lgG阳性16份、登革热病毒IgM阳性12份;蚊媒标本1 025只检测登革病毒,均未分离出登革病毒。白纹伊蚊广泛分布且密度高,在原登革热流行区已取代埃及伊蚊为优势蚊种。结论湛江市白纹伊蚊种群密度较高,存在登革热暴发流行的高度危险性,务必加强监测,预防病原输入而引起暴发流行。 Objective To understand the prevalent trend of dengue fever by sentinel monitoring and provide scientific evidence for preventing the occurrence of the disease and formulating control measures. Methods The data concerning Eades vector monitoting and levels of antibody to dengue virus and in the local population of sentinel monitoring sites were collected and analyzed. Results Totally 932 blood samples were gathered from health persons during the period of from 2001 to 2006 and 23 were positive for IgG and 2 were positive to IgM. There 752 blood samples were obtained from feverish patients and 16 of which were positive for IgG and 12 were positive for IgM. In addition, 1 025 specimens of Eades mosquitoes were collected for detection of dengue virus without positive results. Eades albopictus was widely distributed with high population density and it has replaced the former vector of Edes eagyti to be the predominant vector in original dengue endemic areas. Conclusion The population density of Eades albopictus in Zhanjiang area is high and there is the possibility of outbreak of dengue fever. Thus monitoring work be strengthened to prevent from importing pathogen in this area from outside and the outbreak of the disease.
