摘要
以内生变量(整理规模、非有效耕地比例、预期产出提高幅度)和外生变量(基础设施配套程度、生态适应性、投资能力)为基础,构建出一套耕地整理潜力评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法,对四川省双流县耕地整理潜力进行综合评价。评价结果表明,双流的金桥镇、彭镇的耕地整理潜力较大,其耕地整理潜力指数分别为0.79、0.78;而文星镇的耕地整理潜力最小,其耕地整理潜力指数为0.53。根据评价结果将双流县的26个乡镇分为三个潜力区,并对各潜力区提出了耕地整理的对策。
Based on the endogenous variable ( adjusting scale, proportion of unefficient cultivated land, increasing range of anticipating output) and exogenous variable (degree of supporting infrastructure, ecological adaptability, investing capability), a set of cultivated land adjustment potential index system was designed in this article. The cultivated land adjustment potential in Shuangliu county was evaluated with analytical hierarchy process. The results indicated that the cultivated land adjustment potential of Jinqiao and Pengzhen were higher, their indexwere respective 0.79, 0.78. The cultivated land adjustment potential of Wenxing was least, its indexwas just only 0.53. The 26 towns in Shuangliu county were divided into three potential regions according to the result, and countermeasures to cultivated land adjustment in each potential region were put forward.
