摘要
人类工程活动往往受到地质环境的制约,同时它作为活跃的因素,又积极地影响着地质环境,促进其次生演化。地质环境的次生演化,常会对人类工程活动产生次生制约。因此,人类工程活动与地质环境表现为相互依存、相互作用的关系。对这种相互作用的基本概念,制约关系进行了讨论,并阐述了这种相互作用的工程环境效应。所涉及的相互作用理论,应是环境工程地质学的基础,是工程环境调控的重要依据。
The human engineering activity is frequently constrained by the geoenvironment. Meanwhile, as an active factor the human engineering activity may affect the geoenvironment, promoting its secondary evolution, which often becomes in its own turn a secondary constraint for the human activity. Therefore, an interdependent and interactive relationship exists between the human engineering activity and the geoenvironment.Some basic concepts and relationship in the interaction, as well as the environmental effects are discussed in this paper. The theory developed in the paper may serve as the basis for geoenvironmental management and development of the engineerng geoenvironmentology.
