摘要
设计自动化系统的目标是设计完整的产品方案,当前设计的产品概念方案和既有的实例零件都可视为产品设计的现有资源。将现有资源充分、合理的利用,实现概念方案向详细方案转化,其本质就是一个资源优化的过程。如何在系统中实现设计资源优化,将概念设计方案直接转化为详细设计方案,是设计自动化系统一个重点,同时也是一个难点。本文采用概念结构实体匹配的方式,实现了设计资源的优化,同时直接保证了零件结构的可制造性。
The goal of design automation system is designs the integrated product project, so the current design product concept project and example components all is visible for product design existing resources. That make the resources are full, the reasonable use, and realize the concept project transforms to the detailed project, its essence is the process which resources will optimize. How realizes the design resources optimizes in the system, and changes the concept design project into the detailed design project, is one key point of design automation system, simultaneously also is one difficulty. This article uses the way of the concept structure entity match which realized the design resources optimization, simultaneously directly guaranteed the components structure may manufacture.
