摘要
针对高校科研项目管理中存在的若干问题,提出几点认识与对策,旨在提升科学管理水平和规范项目管理程序,优化用人机制,加强知识产权保护及科研经费的投入与产出意识。
In order to improve the management levels, the main problems in the science ＆ technology projects management in university are discussed. Some methods to solve these problems are investigated. Through these measures, we can formal the projects management procedures, strengthen the sense on knowledge rights protection. And the generation of the science ＆ technology research input is also intensified.
