摘要
加入WTO后,我国金融业面临着国外金融混业经营的强烈冲击和严峻挑战。在国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划稳步推进金融业综合经营试点的精神指导下,探讨在金融业分业经营、分业监管体系下我国混业经营模式的选择已迫在眉睫。金融控股公司具有全能银行模式和分业模式的特点,可以兼顾效率和安全,是适合我国国情的一种金融混业模式的选择。
After entering into the WTO, finance industry in China is experiencing dramatic impacts and facing great challenges. Under the instruction of the 11 th five - year plan on national economy and of launching finance comprehensive management, it is urgent to choose the mixing management pattern to analyze the problems in current finance mixing industry management in China under the system of dividing industry management and dividing supervision. Furthermore, the financial holding company, taking the efficiency and safety into consideration, characterized by both versatile bank pattern and dividing industry pattern, could be the choice suitable to the situation in China.
