摘要
锦天化1万t/a的连续法碳酸二甲酯装置采用的是从华东理工大学引进的以碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇为原料的酯交换技术。本文简要介绍了该装置的工艺过程以及实际运行中遇到的一些问题及其解决方法。
The continuous production process of dimethyl carbonate（DMC） applied in the 10,000 ton per year unit of Jinxi Natural Gas Chemical （JNCC） used a technology of transesterification with propylene carbonate and methanol as feedstock, which was introduced from ECUST. The process and some encountered problems in its practical run as well as the solution of these problems were briefly described.
