摘要 利用钙离子选择性电极、甘汞电极和pH计跟踪测试钙离子浓度的方法,从动力学角度分析了抑制剂(镁离子、赖氨酸等)对草酸钙结晶生长的影响.结果表明:在生理盐水体系中,镁离子、赖氨酸和醋酸对草酸钙的结晶生长起抑制作用,相比较而言,醋酸对草酸钙结晶生长的抑制作用比镁离子或赖氨酸都强,而镁离子对草酸钙结晶生长的抑制作用和赖氨酸相差不大,镁离子和赖氨酸共同作用的抑制效果最强. The influence of inhibitor (Mg^2+ ion, L- lysine etc)onthe nucleation of calcium oxalate crystal was investigated. In our experiment, Ca^2+ ion concentration was monitored by Calcium Ion - selective Electrode, Saturated Calomel Electrode and Acidimeter. The result showed that the nucleation of calcium oxalate crystal was restrained by the addition of Mg^2+ ion, L - lysine and acetum. The inhibiting effect of aceturn on the nucleation of calcium oxalate was better than that of Mg^2+ or L - lysine , and the inhibiting influence of Mg^2+/L - lysine system was the strongest.
