癫痫病因诊断中CT与录像脑电图的价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨CT和录像脑电图(V-EEG)在癫痫病因诊断中的作用。方法:本文分析2005年1月至2006年12月采用SOLAR2000型V-EEG及GE1800型CT对75例癫痫患者的检查结果。结果:V-EEG正常28例(37.3%),异常47例(62.7%)其中痫样波34例,占异常的72.3%,非特异性异常13例(27.7%)。临床发作13例(17.3%)。CT正常46例(61.3%),异常29例(38.7%)。CT与V-EEG两组异常相比,无显著性差异,x2=2.85,P>0.05。结论:V-EEG的临床应用,大大提高了癫痫脑电图的阳性率。特别是对鉴别伪差及真假临床发作,对无明显临床发作表现和先兆指征的可疑性癫痫患者进行诊断和分类。CT广泛应用使脑部疾病引起的癫痫阳性率大为提高,降低了原发性癫痫的诊断率,已成为癫痫病因研究的重要手段,它能寻找癫痫最可能和最重要的潜在病因。CT与脑电图二者结合在癫痫病因诊断及定位诊断中将起到相辅相成的作用。 Objective: Discussing different effects which CT and V-EEG made in epilepsy diagnoses. Methods: We have learned 75 epilepsy sufferers. They examined by V-EEG (SOLAR2000) and CT (GE1800) during the year 2005. 1 -2006. 12. Results: By V-EEG,28 normal cases (37. 396 ) and 47 abnormal cases ( 17.3% ) were examined. 34 cases ( 72.3% ) have epilepsy wave and 13 cases (27.7%) were typical abnormal in the 47 abnormal cases. There were 13 cases with epilepsg seizure. By CT,46 normal cases (61.3%) and 29 abnormal cases (38.7%) were examined. According to above results, which examined by V-EEG and CT, there was no obvious difference, Х^2 = 2.85, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion : Using V-EEG in epilepsy diagnoses could improve Masculine ratio of electroencephalography of epilepsy. Especially in differentiation real or false cases,V-EEG is good helper Also,V-EEG could used to diagnoses and type epilepsy at is's beginning time. CT is important tool on analyzing the cause of epilepsy. It used to look for the possible disease causes. V-EEG and CT are complementary to each other on epilepsy diagnoses.
