摘要
报道人白细胞和人精子一起培养，经不同时间取出，在光、电镜下观察白细胞对精子杀伤的形态变化。活体拒染试验发现随培养时间延长，精子的死亡率逐渐升高，且均高于相应对照组。培养１ｈ后，相差显微镜下可见白细胞开始对精子粘附并吞噬，４ｈ达到高峰。白细胞吞噬杀伤精子与巨噬细胞的粘附、吞噬和杀伤异物方式相似。提示白细胞精子症中白细胞及其产物通过对精子的直接杀伤，影响精子的功能，妨碍精子的成熟和对卵子的穿透力。
The morphological changes on human leukocyte and sperm were observed by light or electron microscope after they were cultured together after different periods of time .The longer the human leukocyte and sperm were cultured togather ,the higher the mortality or sperm in each experimental group was obviously higher than that in each control group. The leukocyte's phagocytosis and adherence to sperm were observed by the phase microscope after 1 hour culture . These phenomena ,being increased with the culture time prolonged , reached their climax at the end of 4-hour period .The result observed by the electron microscope was similar to that by the phase microscope .The result demonstrated that the process of leukocyte killing sperm was similar to that phagocyte kills foreign matter ,too. Therefore ,it showed that male infertility with the leukocytospermia might be due to killing sperm by leukocyte .
