CNTF对RGCs再生的作用

摘要 作为中枢神经系统一部分的视神经损伤后缺乏神经修复和再生所需的微环境,因此视神经损伤后的治疗和功能的恢复是临床上的一大难题。神经再生潜能是在适宜的微环境条件下发生轴突侧支出芽和突触重建,当周围神经系统提供适宜的微环境就有可能促进中枢神经再生。若将周围神经移植到受损的中枢神经局部,改变中枢神经的微环境即能显著促进中枢神经再生。CNTF是一种多效能的神经营养因子,对多种神经元的存活以及RGCs均有支持作用,能够促进多种神经细胞的存活,并在视网膜移植中延迟感光细胞的消亡。因而它在神经系统发育、分化和损伤修复中具有非常重要的作用。
