摘要
目的:研究组织因子(tissue fac-tor,TF)在各种类型癌组织中的表达和作为癌症治疗靶点的可行性。方法:采用免疫组化法检测了110例患者癌组织中的TF。结果:在绝大多数受检的癌组织中都能够检测到TF的表达,阳性率92.8%(102/110),且以强阳性(+++)居多,不同亚型的23例结直肠癌、19例肺癌和18例肝癌的肿瘤细胞和肿瘤血管内皮细胞表面均有TF的特异性高表达,但是正常血管内皮细胞表面不表达TF。结论:TF可以作为靶向抗癌研究的一个新"靶点"。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the expression of tissue factor （TF） in a wide variety of malignant tissues and the feasibility of its usage in anticancer research. METHODS： TF antigens in 110 different specimens from cancer patients were detected by the immunohistochemistry method. RESULTS： TF antigen was expressed in most cancer tissues（92.8%） and was overexpressed on both tumor vasculature and many kinds of cancer cells. Most of the detected cancer cells were stained brightly for TF antigen and TF expression could be demonstrated in each specimen within all the subtypes of coloncancer（23）, lung cancer（19） and liver cancer（18）. TF was not expressed on normal vasculature endothelial cells. CONCLUSIONS： TF is a good new targeting site for anticancer research.
