摘要
针对传统控制燃烧热效率低下的情况,设计了预测函数控制加前馈控制的焦化加热炉氧含量先进控制系统,利用预测函数控制实时跟踪由专家系统给出的氧含量优化设定值曲线,以维持氧含量的平稳,利用前馈补偿使得进入炉内的燃料量和空气量保持一定的比例,从而改善了加热炉的燃烧效果。实际工业应用表明该系统优于传统的手动调节和常规控制。
Predictive functional control with feedforward compensation is designed for oxygen content control in delayed coking furnace owe to thermal efficiency is low with the conventional control. Predictive functional control is used to trace the optimistic set value of oxygen content which specialist system gives in order to keep the stability of oxygen content. Feedforward compensation is used to keep a certain air and fuel proportion in order to obtain optimistic burning state. The results of practical industry application show that the proposed control strategy is superior to conventional control.
