摘要 为了降低某柴油机的噪声辐射,依据GB/T 16404—1996标准,在半消声室内利用声强法对该柴油机进行了声强测量研究,整个系统经过误差分析和标定后,绘制出了发动机的声强云图,得到了整机的噪声分布情况,确定了该机的主要噪声部件,即油底壳、飞轮壳、油泵、涡轮增压器、皮带轮等,并对其噪声辐射特性进行了分析,计算了主要噪声源的声功率级,为进一步降噪工作提供了重要的依据。 In order to reduce noise radiation of a diesel engine of a vehicle, According to the standard of GB/T 16404-1996, the sound intensity measurement is carried out on the diesel engine in a semianechoic chamber. Drew the sound intensity contour map of the engine, got the noise distribution for the engine, and located the noise sources. This research shows that the oil pan, pulley, spray fuel pump, turbocharger are the main noise resources, and analyzed the noise radiation characteristic of the part of the main noise source, we also computed the acoustic power lever of the main noise source. On this base, the experimentation supply significant references to reduce the engine's noise level.
