摘要
目的了解浙江省市、县级相关部门领导干部的艾滋病防治知识、流行趋势判断和策略态度,分析影响因素,为改进策略倡导提供依据。方法组织相关领导干部集中开展自答式匿名问卷调查。结果1658名领导干部的艾滋病知识平均得分18.4±2.2分(满分21分)。9.8%的人认为所在地区今后5年的流行趋势是感染者或病人将迅速增多。58.3%的被访者的防治策略态度是公开谈论艾滋病问题并加大防治力度,41.7%选择不公开谈论但暗中防治。多因素分析,与策略态度有关的影响因素是所在部门、职务、艾滋病流行趋势判断。结论浙江省市、县级领导干部艾滋病知识掌握程度较高,但防治策略态度比较保守。今后的策略倡导除对防治政策做进一步宣传外,更应加强对流行趋势的介绍,以促进各项措施的积极落实,有效控制艾滋病的流行。
Objective To understand AIDS related knowledge, prediction of epidemic trend and attitude to prevention and control strategy among leading cadres from related departments at country and city levels in Zhejiang, analyze related influential factors and provide evidences for improving strategic support for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Method Anonymous investigations by self-reported questionnaires were conducted among selected leading cadres. Result The average score of the H IV/AIDS knowledge among the surveyed 1658 leading cadres was 18.4± 2.2(full score 21 ) ;9.8 % of them agreed that the number of the HIV carriers and AIDS patients would grow rapidly in the following five years; 58.3 % of them took an open attitude in discussing HIV/AIDS problem and suggested specific steps to strengthen preventive interventions; the rest of them avoided openly discussing HIV/AIDS problem and preferred handling this problem in secret. Factors related to the attitude of the surveyed leading cadres included functions of the departments where they were from and their specific responsibilities, and also their personal predication of the epidemic trends of HIV/AIDS. Conclusion Leading cadres at county and city levels in Zhejiang province, though were highly knowledgeable about HIV/AIDS problem,generally took rather conservative attitude to prevention and control strategy.Therefore, other than advocating HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategy, education on the epidemic trend should be strengthened among related leading cadres so that prevention and control strategy could be implemented in an active manner.
