摘要
城市地下工程具有现场环境条件复杂、施工难度大、技术要求高、工期长、对环境影响控制要求高等特点,是一项相当复杂的风险性系统工程。在北京市地铁建设中施行的环境安全风险技术管理体系,其主要内容有岩土工程勘察和环境调查、环境安全分级、邻近建(构)筑物的现状评估、工程环境影响预测和工程环境变形控制标准的制定、环境安全的专项设计、环境安全专项施工方案的编制、监控量测系统等。通过1年多的实施,该体系运转顺畅,可操作性较强,使建设工程的安全有了技术保障。
In the process of the development of urban rapid rail transit, attentions have been paid to environmental safety risk by all establishments. To avoid and eliminate the occurrence of the environmental safety accidents, Beijing MTR Construction Administration Corporation set up the system of the environmental safety technical management, The characteristics and difficulties of urban underground constructions are analyzed in the paper, and the main contents of the system of the environmental safety technical management implemented by Beijing MTR Construction Administration Corporation are introduced.
