摘要
广州地铁天河客运站站后折返线采用矿山法冻结帷幕施工,即“水平孔冻结加固土体,隧道内开挖构筑”的施工方法,水平超长距(大于100m)、大断面(直径大于10m),在国内、外均无此工程记录。主要介绍水平冻结长度,冻结帷幕(冻结壁),水平冻结孔布置,测温孔、水文孔、卸压孔布置、冻结需冷量施工等设计及冻结时间估计,阐明钻孔施工和冻结制冷施工的主要技术措施、冻胀及融沉预防措施等。
Freezing curtain was adopted for the turn-back track construction at Tianhe Station of Guangzhou subway, where the records of horizontal drilling distance( 〉 100m)and freezing profile(with diameter 〉 10 m)had not been reported yet both in China and abroad. Freezing curtain can overcome availably the difficulties of extreme soils and limited ground conditions at under-crossings with shallow overburdens.
