摘要
为了深入了解固井质量对套管柱强度安全的影响,考虑固井质量较差井段环空内水泥浆在温度、压力变化时由于膨胀或压缩对套管柱产生的附加载荷,建立了固井质量影响套管柱强度安全的数学模型。实例计算表明,固井质量较差井段的套管柱所受载荷发生了明显变化。因此,在对固井后的套管柱进行强度安全分析和力学计算时,应考虑固井质量的影响。
In order to further understand the effect of cementing quality on casing string strength, a mathematical model was created considering the additional loads on the string created by the cement fluid because of compression or explosion due to the change of pressure and temperature in the annulus with poor cementing quality. The calculation results indict that the loads of the casing in the segment with poor cementing quality were changed significantly. Therefore, effects of cementing quality should be considered in casing strength safety analysis and dynamics calculation.
