摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+0.05%H3PO4为流动相,使用以ZORBAX80!Extend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在285nm波长下对试样中的杀鼠醚原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明杀鼠醚的线性相关系数为1.000 0;标准偏差为0.22;变异系数为0.22%;平均回收率为99.5%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of coumatetralyl by HPLC with methanol and 0.05% H3PO+ as mobile phase, ZORBAX80A Extend-Cls column and DAD at 285nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.22, the variation coefficient was 0.22%, the average recovery was 99.5%.
