摘要
顶部驱动钻井装置(简称顶驱)是以电动机从钻杆顶部驱动钻具/钻杆取代柴油机带动钻机转盘的一种新装置,具有上下起动灵活、操作安全方便、生产效率高等优点.顶驱电控系统采用的是PLC控制的变频调速系统.作为主站的PLC通过PROFIBUS-DP通讯协议控制驱动子站、液压源子站、本体子站、司钻台子站等完成整个系统的控制.
Top Drive Drilling Equipment （short for Top Drive） is a new-type petroleum drilling equipment which replaces rotary table. It is a high-teeh product which is integrated with machinery, electric and hydraulic system. It has many advantages, such as makeup flexible ,operation safety, high efficiency,etc. The Electrical System is VVVF controlled by PLC via PROFIBUS-DP communication. The substation is made of Drive , Hydrau- lic, Local, Console, etc.
