摘要
在新世纪社会经济变化的新形势下,德国政府及其民众重新认知终身学习的价值,重新认识成人教育的意义,并为推进终身学习而对成人教育确定了新的发展方略。
With the new situation of social and economic changes in the 21st century, the German government and the public re-recognize the value of lifelong learning and the significance of adult education. To facilitate lifelong learning, they set the new development strategies in adult education field.
