摘要 短路保护系统是电解加工电源的重要组成部分,它不仅保护电源自身,而且还要保护电极和工件在短路时烧伤程度最小。提出并实现了短路保护系统电流反馈信号可调的方案。改善了该系统的频率特性,解决了随频率提高电流反馈信号畸变导致保护点下降和电源最大工作电流减小的关键问题。由于增加了保护点可调的功能,扩大了电源的频率及电流的使用范围,改善了电源对不同加工条件的适应性。 The design of anti-short-circuit system is one of the most important parts in high frequency short pulses electrochemical machining (HSPECM) power supply. It not only protects the whole power supply system but also makes sure that electrodes and work pieces get the least damage in case of short-circuit occurring. This paper presents and carries out a practical simple short-circuit pro- tection scheme, which can improve frequency characteristic of the system and solve the key problem of protection value and maximum current decrease as a result of feedback signal distortion with frequency increasing. The adaptability to different conditions of the power supply is improved obviously as the range of operating frequency and current are expanded by using adjustable limit of over-current protection.
