摘要
为了解决大尺寸、异型件的制造问题,并改善其性能,进行了将热等静压工艺应用于钢结硬质合金生产中试验研究。经正交设计试验,HIP的工艺参数建议取为:压力8.3×10_7Pa,温度1140℃,保温4小时。经冷等静压、真空预烧、热等静压及后续锻造制造的产品与传统工艺制造者相比,其密度和硬度均有提高,抗弯强度提高18%。
To solve the problems of producing big size and irregular shape products and to improve their properties an experimontal research has been made by HIP technology for producing steel-bonded carbide. The recommended technological parameters of HIP obtained by orthogonal design are as follows: pressure 83Mpa, temperature 1140℃ and holding time 4. hours. In comparison with tranditional technologies, the density and hardness of products made by CIP, vacuum pre-heating, HIP and post forging were improved and the bending strength of these products increases by a factor of 18%.
