金胺“O”-罗丹明(B)法与萋尼法在抗酸杆菌涂片镜检中的比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的比较两种抗酸杆菌染色方法的差异。方法采用金胺“O”-罗丹明(B)(Auramine O Rhodamine B)荧光染色法和萋尼染色法同时对同一病人标本进行检测。结果通过430例病人标本对比实验,荧光染色组77例阳性,其阳性率为17.91%,萋尼染色组43例阳性,其阳性率为10.00%,经统计学处理χ2为29.89,P<0.01,具有显著性差异。结论荧光染色组检出率明显高于萋尼染色组,而且工作效率高,适用于大量样本的检测。
