摘要
从清除自由基、对抗谷氨酸毒性、抑制胞内Ca2+超载和NO生成、干预细胞凋亡、拟雌激素作用等诸方面,综述中药单体和有效部位的神经保护作用机制研究进展。
Advances in the mechanistic study on neuroprotective actions of monomers and active components from Chinese traditional medicines were reviewed, which included free radical scavenging, resistance against glutamate-induced excitotoxicity, inhibition of cellular Ca^2+ overload and NO production, intervention in cell apoptosis and estrogen-like activity.
