摘要
通过实验及问卷调查法对健美操男女合班的教学形式进行了研究。结果显示男女合班教学利大于弊,能有效的提高学习的效果;同时也对不利的因素进行了分析,并提出了解决问题的一些办法。
Through using the method of experiment and questionnaire, this paper made study on aerobics teaching method of mixed class. The result shows that the advantage of this kind of teaching is better than disadvantages and can effectively improve the learning effect. At the same time, the disadvantage factors are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward.
