摘要
目的观察益气活血方治疗压力负荷所致大鼠心肌肥大对心肌间血管超微结构的影响。方法用腹主动脉缩窄法制备心肌肥大模型,用多道生物信号分析系统记录血压和心率,用透射电镜观察心肌的超微结构。结果高血压组微血管内皮细胞部分高度肿胀,细胞增大是正常的6-7倍;微血管内皮细胞形成指状增生、指状分叉;微血管呈扩张状,内皮细胞间隙显著开大,内质网扩张。开搏通组未见内皮细胞水肿、肿胀,未见内皮细胞肿胀所致阻塞。中药组微血管内皮损害程度大部分均接近开搏通组,仅偶见内皮水肿程度略高于开搏通组。结论压力负荷性心肌肥大出现严重的微循环紊乱,益气活血方能大部分逆转腹主动脉缩窄大鼠的心肌间血管超微结构,内皮细胞水肿、肿胀减轻。
Objective To observe the influence of the formula on ultrastructure of intermyocardium blood vessels during reversion of cardiac hypertrophy induced pressure overload in rats with the prescription for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation. Methods The models of myocardial hypertrophy were prepared with abdominal aortic banding. Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded with polograph channel system, ultrastructure of myocardium was observed by transmission electromicroscopy. Results The hypertension group: Serious edema of vascular endothelial cells was found, ceils enlarged 6 -7 times as large as normal vascular endothelial cells. The hyperplasia and branch of finger-like endthelcal ceils were observed. There was expansion of capillary and endoplasmic reticulum, enlargement of gap in vascular endothelical ceils. The Captopill group: Edema and swelling of vascular endothelial ceils, block induced by edema of endothelial cells were not found. The Chinese herb treatment group: Damage of vascular endothelial cells was close to that of Captopril group, edema of vascular endothelial ceils was serious compared with the Captopril group. Conclusion The severe microcirculation disturbance is observed in cardiac hypertrophy induced by pressure overload in rats. The ultrastructure of intermyocardium blood vessels in abdominal aortic banding rats can be reversed by the prescription for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, edema and swelling of vascular endothelial ceils were relieved.
