摘要
针对某石化公司5.0 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置减压塔顶湿空冷器的腐蚀问题,重点讨论了湿空冷器的腐蚀介质及来源、腐蚀过程及腐蚀形态,指出减压塔顶预冷器及一级空冷器外侧水汽面的腐蚀主要是喷淋水中Cl^-造成的点蚀及垢下腐蚀,一级空冷器内侧是由于H_2S-H_2O引起的腐蚀。在一级空冷器入口前增设中和缓蚀剂和水的注入点,或选用抗拉强度不大于414 MPa的碳钢或碳锰钢,或选用08Cr2AlMo材料,可大大缓解上述部位的腐蚀问题。
On the basis of the corrosion of the vacuum tower overhead wet air cooler of a 5.0 Mt TPY atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit, the corrosion media sources, corrosion process and corrosion forms are discussed. It is concluded that the corrosion of external side of precooler and Ist - stage air cooler is pit corrosion and under - deposit corrosion from Cl- in spray water, while the corrosion inside of air cooler is the H2 S- H2O corrosion. The corrosions can be greatly mitigated by injecting neutralization corrosion inhibitor at the inlet of Ist-stage air cooler, selecting carbon steel or CMn steel with a tensile strength of less than 44 MPa or 08Cr2AlMo material.
