摘要
采用流动氢化物发生电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(HG-ICP-AES)分别对马蹄金在酸性条件下经超声煎煮后得到的酸提取液和滤渣中As、Se含量进行了测定。结果表明:(1)马蹄金中As含量较低,低于1.0μg/g,而Se含量则较高,可达6.298μg/g;(2)酸提取液中Se含量随煎煮时间延长有所增加,而As含量则有所降低。为进一步研究马蹄金的药理药效和合理开发利用药物资源提供了科学依据。
The content of trace elements As, Se in acid extract and residues from Dichondra repens Fonst was determined by hydride generation inductively coupled plasma atom emission spectrometry (HG - ICP - AES). The results showed. (1) the content of As in Dichondra repens Fonst is less than 1.0 μg /g, and that of Se is up to 6. 298 μg /g; (2) the concentration of Se increased in acid extract with being dealt longer time. It has provided the new scientific evidence for the further studies of medical efficiency and comprehensive utilization of source of Dichondra repens Fonst.
