摘要
研究了扎莱诺尔褐煤焦m(C)/m(H)、密度、碳结构、总比表面、矿物质分布以及反应性等特性与制焦温度的关系。结果表明:随制焦温度的升高,焦的m(C)/m(H)、密度单调上升,焦中碳结构未出现明显的变化,而总比表面积呈现先上升后下降的趋势;但其中矿物质分布、聚集状态以及化学形态发生明显的改变;随制焦温度的升高,焦的燃烧活性以及与二氧化碳的反应性单调下降。
The relation between characteristic of Zalainuer lignite char and char-making temperature was studied. The results showed that with the increasing of char-making temperature, m(C)/m(H) and density of the coal char rose monotonously while the total specific area increased firstly and then declined. Carbon structure in coal char did not change obviously but the distribution of minerals, aggregation state and chemical configuration changed evidently. When the temperature increased, coal char burning activity and reactivity with carbon dioxide declined monotonously.
