摘要
目的了解医药学院学生校外用餐情况及其影响因素,为加强高校学生营养健康教育提供依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对广东药学院公共卫生学院的1300名在校学生进行问卷调查。结果39.3%的大学生认为自己很重视饮食与健康的关系;大学生在校外用餐的频率较高,校区之间和性别之间差异有统计学意义,其中某校区有25.5%的学生每周外出用餐3次以上;仅有21.2%的大学生认为学校食堂的菜肴符合自己的口味。外出用餐的原因主要为食堂拥挤、菜式少、想换口味,有54.3%的学生外出用餐时首选学校附近的快餐店。结论学校应加强对学生饮食行为的引导,提高学校食堂的服务质量,为学生提供营养、合口的饮食。
Objective To understand off-campus eating behaviors and the influencing factors of students in a pharmacy college, and to provide evidence for their nutritional health education. Methods A cross-sectional study was performed, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 300 students in School of Public Health, Guangdong College of Pharmacy. Results About 39.3% of surveyed students considered that they paid more attention to the relationship between diet and health. The frequency of off-campus eating among students was higher, the statistical significance was found between campuses and between female and male students. About 25.5% of the students in Chigang Campus enjoyed eating out 3 or more times per week. Only 21.2% of the students considered that meals served by refectories were fit for their appetite. The reasons for students eating ont mainly included crowded refectories, less kinds of food, eating cut for a change of taste. About 54.3 % of students first chose the nearby fast-food restaurants when they enjoyed eating out. Conclusion The college should strengthen the guidance of the students' eating behaviors, improve service of refectories and provide alible and savory meals for students.
