摘要
18世纪30年代,休谟在他的代表作《人性论》中指出:从“是”与“不是”的关系推不出“应该”、“不应该”的关系,从事实的真假推不出道德价值。它揭示出市场竞争中企业经济行为的二重维度,即求德与求利的二律背反。笔者将从自然主义、直觉主义、情感主义、规定主义对休谟法则的探索,提出解决求德与求利一致性的理论根据和实践根据,并从现行企业的缺陷及其发展现状来构建企业二重维度的模式设计。
In the 1930s, David Hume pointed out, in his magnum opus of "A Treatise of Human Nature", that moral value cannot be concluded by factual knowledge.And it reflects that there is contradiction between profits and morality for an enterprise.This thesis will explore the reason of both theory and practice through naturalism, intuitionism, emotionalism and determinism, and provide a mode for solving the contradiction for the enterprise.
