摘要 利用FDTD方法结合电报方程对非均匀微带线的分布电容电感进行了提取,研究了不同介电常数衬底下微带线的分布电容电感以及相应的特性阻抗,并得到了分布电容电感、特性阻抗随结构参数的变化规律.讨论了弯曲结构和阶梯结构两种非均匀微带线的情况. In this paper, the distributed capacitance and inductance of non-uniform microstrip line are extracted by FDTD method combining with telegraph equations. The distributed capacitance, inductance, and corresponding characteristic impedance of mcrostrip line are studied, and their variation characteristics with substrate dielectric constant and structure parameters are obtained. Two typical structures of non-uniform microstrip line, that is, the bent and stepped microstrip lines, are discussed.
