水布垭高面板堆石坝中挤压边墙及其变形监测 被引量:3

摘要 在对水布垭面板堆石坝中的边墙混凝土配合比进行反复调整并验算原材料掺合量的基础上,确定了既方便施工又满足设计要求的最佳混凝土配合比。配合比中用小区料作骨料,能减少骨料分离,提高边墙混凝土密实性及表面平整度。实践证明施工中用击实法、无侧限抗压静力压实法、挖坑灌砂法及核子密度仪分别检测出的边墙混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量、渗透系数和密实度值均满足设计要求,边墙混凝土配合比合理。用能够满足精度要求的前方交会法与解析三角高程测量法结合的方法对边墙表面变形进行监测,结果表明,边墙平面位移和垂直位移均较小,大坝填筑和边墙施工质量可靠。 The optimal mixing proportion of concrete, which is convenient for construction and satisfies the design requirement, is determined for the project of Shuibuya CFRD by adjustment and calculation of the amount of raw materials. The adoption of fine aggregates can reduce the separation of aggregates and improve the compactness and surface smoothness of concrete of the sidewall. Practices show that the compressive strength, the modulus of elasticity, the permeability coefficient and the compactness of concrete obtained respectively by the compaction method, the unconfined compression static compaction method, the sand trenching and filling method, and nuclear densimeters meet the requirement of design, and the mixing proportion of concrete of the side-wall is reasonable. The snrface deformation monitoring of the side-wall by combination of the forward intersection method with the analytical trigonometric elevation measurement demonstrates that the plane deformation and vertical deformation of the side-wall are small, and the quality of dam filling and side-wall construction is satisfactory.
