摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法使用手性柱实现恩曲他宾异构体的拆分。方法:色谱柱为直链淀粉衍生物填料 AS-H 4.6mm×250 mm 5μm柱,流动相为正己烷-异丙醇(20:80);流速为0.30 mL·min^(-1)。结果:使用 AS-H 性柱能完全分离恩曲他宾的2个异构体,分离度为4.74。结论:本法可实现恩曲他宾异构体之间的分离以及恩曲他宾中右旋体的含量分析。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the seperation of enantiomers of emtricitabine using a chiral column. Method:The HPLC system was consisted of DAICEL CHIRALPAK AS -H column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μ m) ,2 - propanol - hexane ( 80: 20) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 3 mL · min^-1. Results: Two enantiomers of FFC can be baseline separated, the resolution was 4. 74. Conclusion: This method can be used for separating the enantiomers of emtricitabine and determining content of D - isomer.
