摘要
刚地弓形虫是一种广泛寄生于人和温血动物的机会致病性原虫,随着在免疫功能低下人群中感染率的逐渐增加,它对人类的危害也日益受到重视。弓形虫三磷酸核苷水解酶(NTPase)是弓形虫利用宿主细胞补救合成嘌呤途径中不可或缺的关键酶。近年来,对NTPase的分子生物学特点和化学特性均有了较深入的研究,该文综述了弓形虫NTPase的定位、分子特性及生理功能等方面的研究进展。
Toxoplasma gondii is an opportunistic protozoan that generally infects human and other warm blooded animals. As the increase of infection rate in patients with immune deficiency, increasing attention has been paid to its pathogenicity. T. gondii can produce a nucleoside triphosphate hydrolase (NTPase) which is critical to purine salvage synthesis pathway. The progress on research of locations,molecular characteristics and physiologic functions of NTPase is described in this review.
