摘要 本文研究了3-(2-胂酸苯偶氮)-6-(2,6-二溴-4-磺酸苯偶氮)-4,5-二羟基-2.7-二磺酸萘(DBS-偶氮胂)与锆的显色反应。结果表明,在盐酸,硝酸及高氯酸介质中,锆与DBS-偶氮胂能生成组成比为1∶2的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于645nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.64×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),采用双波长法为1.19×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。锆量在O~25μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。显色反应具有良好的选择性,大部分常见离子的允许量在毫克级以上,直接光度法测定铝合金中的微量锆,取得了满意的结果。 The colour reaction of zirconium with 3-(2-arsonophenylazo)-6-(2,6-dibromo-4-sulphophenylazo-4,5 -dihydroxy-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid (DBS-arsenazo) has been investigated. It is shown that in HC1, HNO_3and HClO_4medium, zirconium can form a blue complex with DBS-arsenazo, the ratio of zirconium to DBS-arsenazo has been found to be 1:2. The maximum absorption of the complex occurs at 645nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 6.64×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), in dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method, it is 1.19×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~25μg/25mL. The colour reaction has good selectivity, the quantity of tolerance of many common ion interferences is in milligram order. The trace zirconium in aluminium alloy can be determined directly with satisfactory results.
