摘要
目的 建立肺靶向阿霉素明胶微球(ADM—GMS)体外释放度测定的方法。方法 以透析法考察阿霉素明胶微球的体外释放度,采用紫外分光光度法在波长254nm处测定阿霉素明胶微球的体外释药量。结果 阿霉素微球体外释药量在1~40mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.63%,RSD为1.16%。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为阿霉素微球体外释放度的测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the analysis of release rate in vitro of adriamycin in adriamycin gelatin microspheres(ADM-GMS). Methods Dialysis method was used to test the property of microspheres release in vitro, and the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to examine the release of adriamycin gdatin microspheres at 254 nm. Results The linear range was 1- 40 μg/mL for adriamycin gelatin microspheres. The average recoveries were 99.63%, RSD was 1, 16%. Conclusion A simple, rapid and accurate method for the release rate in vitro of adriamycin in adriamycin gelatin microspheres was founded.
