摘要
目的:建立动力学光度法测量痕量间苯二胺的新方法。方法:在中性介质中,碘酸钾和过氧化氢氧化碱性品红并使其褪色,间苯二胺对该褪色反应有明显的催化作用。结果:在对反应试剂用量、温度、时间等反应条件进行优化的基础上,建立了测定痕量间苯二胺的催化动力学光度新方法。该方法测定间苯二胺的浓度范围为0.49—5.0μg/L,检出限为0.1μg,/L,对1.0、4.0μg/L的间苯二胺溶液分别进行6次平行实验,相对标准偏差分别为2.9%、2.1%。结论:该方法简单、易操作、灵敏度高。
Objective:To establish a new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry method for the determination of trace m - phenylene diamines. Methods: The method was baseding on the fact that m - phenylene diamines could catalyze the discoloring reaction of H2O2 - KIO3 - Basic Violet system. Resluts: The linear range of determination was 0. 49 - 5.0 μg/L and the detection limit was 0. 1 μg/L The relative standard deviation was 2.9 and 2. 1%, respectively ( n = 6,1.0 and 4. 0 μg/L m - phenylene diamines). Conclusion:This method has been used to determination trace m -phenylene diamines in waste water with satisfactory resuits. It is simple and of high sensitivity.
