摘要
介绍了价值链理论及其基本框架,同时结合火电施工企业的实际情况,构筑了火电施工企业的价值链,并对一流火电施工企业和普通火电施工企业的价值链进行对比分析,比较了两者之间的差异并确定了一般火电施工企业价值链不足的原因所在,旨在帮助火电施工企业获取竞争优势。
The value chain theory and basic structure have been introduced. Combining with actual status of thermal power construction, and the value chain of thermal power construction enterprise has been set up. The differences between the first class thermal power construction enterprise and normal ones have been analyzed comparatively. The reason of thermal power construction value chain deficiency has been confirmed, in order to make enterprise get the competitive advantages.
