摘要
结合生产现场的具体使用情况,分析了铝带箔轧机熨平辊的设计要点及应采取的措施,论述了"气压-卷径"数学模型的建模方法。所建立的数学模型已应用于数台轧机,取得了令人满意的效果。
In accordence with the using circumstances in production site, the paper analyzes the main designing points of ironing roll of the aluminum strip and foil rolling mill and the measures should to be taken, and expounds the modelling process of ＂air pressure - coil diameter＂ mathematical model, which has been a＇pplied to several rolling mills and achieves satisfactory results.
