摘要
介绍学术界对学术论著中抄袭剽窃现象的分析和界定。认为:作为学术“守门人”的学报编辑,应该加强主体意识,担当学术义务,在学术论文的编辑过程中采取具体防范措施;学报编辑部应把学报的学术质量放在首位,从制度建设上防范并追责抄袭剽窃行为。
The author introduces the analyses and demarcation of the piracy of academic papers, indicating that as a ＂gate keeper＂ of science, the editors should enhance the consciousness and take responsibility, adopt prevention measures during the process of editing. The editorial staff should make the academic quality of papers be the most important issue, and establish right rules to prevent the piracy of academic papers.
