摘要 目前的商品混凝土多以掺加矿粉为主,有的还掺加粉煤灰,致使混凝土成分复杂,因而对混凝土配合比设计提出了更高的要求。结合山东省内商品混凝土搅拌站的实际情况,主要以矿渣混凝土为研究对象,通过正交试验的方式,对矿渣混凝土的配合比进行设计。采用正交试验的方法对矿渣混凝土做了9组27个试块,测出矿渣混凝土28天的抗压强度。并根据正交试验的结果,分析了各掺合料之间的最佳组合,以及每种掺合料影响的显著性。本研究成果可以为商品混凝土厂家提供技术指导,具有工程实用价值。 Many of concrete products mainly are mixed with breeze, some of them are mixed with fly ash also, which make concrete elements much complex and require higher demands for ratio design of concrete mixtures. Concerning with the practical condition of commercial concrete station in Shandong Province, and mainly taking the slag concrete as the study object, which is used over the whole country at present, the paper conducts the design of mix ratio of concrete by orthogonal test. First of all, according to standard orthogonal table, 27 test samples in 9 groups are made, and the compressive strength has been measured in 28 days later. According to practical test data, the best mix ratio and the influence significance of all mix materials are analyzed. The research results can provide technical advice for commercial concrete manufacturers.
