摘要
济南钢铁集团总公司原料厂为提高烧结原料质量,对自动变流量堆料系统进行了研究并应用于生产。混匀料的主要质量指标σTFe和σSiO2,分别由该系统应用前的0.45%和0.12%降低到0.34%和0.09%。
In order to increase the quality of iron-bearing materials for sinter , a bedding system of voluntarily changed material flow was developed and applied at the Material Factory of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Company. After the application of the bedding system, major mix quality indexes were improved obviously. For example,σ TFe and σ SiO2 reduced from 0.12% fro and 0.45% to 0.09% and 0.34 %fro, respectively.
