摘要
在微晶形焦磷钒酸锡柱上,以HNO_3-NH_4NO_3作淋洗剂,高选择性地分离Pb(Ⅱ),详细地研究了Pb(Ⅱ)与其它金属离子的定量分离条件。利用Pb(Ⅱ)与meso-四(四-三甲胺苯基)卟啉的高灵敏显色反应,以吸光光度法测定了人发中的微量铅。
Lead was separated selectively from Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ ), Ni(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ) etc. on the column of micro-crystalli ne stannic vanadopyrophosphate (SVPP) using HNO_3-NH_4NO_3 as an eluent. The conditions for quantitative separation the Pb(Ⅱ) and other elements were studied in detail. The microamounts lead in hair was determined by spectrophotometric method using meso-tetrakis (4-trimethylammonium phenyl) porphine as chromogenic reagent and the results are satisfactory
