摘要
目的探讨不同类型皮瓣修复手掌部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法根据手部皮肤缺损组织不同而选择不同类型皮瓣修复皮肤软组织80例。结果除6例皮瓣远端部分坏死外,所有皮瓣成活良好。结论不同皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损能最大限度恢复手的功能和外形。
Objective To discuss the different effects of various type of skin flap to repair the skin defect of palm caused by hand injuries. Methods 80 cases of various types of skin flaps were selected according to different tissues of palm skin injured. Results Except 6 cases were suffered with distal skin flap necrosis,others were well developed. Conclusions Various types of skin flaps could repair the defect and restore the function of hand utmost.
