麻风免疫中IL-12及其受体的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抗麻风菌免疫主要依赖保护性细胞免疫(Cell-Mediated Immunity,CMI)的建立,而选择性诱导Th1细胞分化是建立CMI的关键。在抗感染先天性免疫,IL-12是介导先天性免疫和决定适应性免疫发展的枢纽。本文对IL-12的结构、生物学功能、产生和调节,IL-12受体的生物学功能,体外IL-12及其受体表达的调节,IL-12及其受体在麻风保护性免疫中的作用等方面的研究进展作了综述。
